This Mississippi Historic Landmark has received a grant from the Mississippi Depart of Archives and History for $7500. This grant has to be matched with $9000. Watch for more information regarding this grant.

The old Vaiden High School/Mississippi Historic Landmark is in need of renovation. The first part of the renovation will be the auditorium so we can have fund raisers there.

The old Vaiden High School building is now a Mississippi Historic Landmark and the Vaiden Historic Preservation Commission plans to apply to the Mississippi Department of Archives and History for National Register of Historic Places status.
